How come Europeans don't learn Spanish that much?
I've noticed that more Europeans learn French and Italian, but I've seen less French and Italian people who learn Spanish. Is it because Spain still has a king? I mean, Spain's by those countries, so why not learn Spanish? Is Spanish the “uncool” European language now?

Every program I’ve seen seems to go by the assumption that you are going to travel to that country….dialogue about hotels, taxis, restaurants, etc. I have no travel plans, but simply want to learn a language for the fun of it.
